Here are some appointment tips to help you prepare for your appointment with Top Hat & Tails:
- We highly recommend scheduling annual maintenance between April and August, which are some of the slower months for us here at Top Hat & Tails. This just helps ensure that you get the most scheduling flexibility, and that we’re available when you need us for an emergency in the fall and winter.
- To allow our technicians to quickly get set up and begin working, please remove all items from the 6 ft. space surrounding your hearth or boiler/furnace.
- To allow for your appliance to adequately cool for our technicians, please discontinue appliance use for a full 24 hours before your appointment. We also ask that you remove all ash from the ashbox prior to your appointment.
